SEEDANCE / PLAN REVIEW

Seedance 2.5 Pricing: Check the Billing Method Before You Compare

Last checked: 23 September 2026. Every figure below is a public list price read from the provider's own pages on that date. None of it was confirmed by a purchase, and none of it is a final US total after tax.

The short answer

There is no single price for Seedance 2.5. On the three platforms reviewed, the number changes with four things: the platform, whether you pay monthly or yearly, how many seconds each clip runs, and whether the generation is a normal credit generation or an "unlimited" one. Two of the three also sell one-time credit packs, and all three quote API pricing separately from the web plans.

For a quick anchor, the lowest listed monthly web plan on each platform is $10 (Creaa Basic), $29 (UGC Creator) and $9.99 (Unify Starter). Those are platform plan starting prices, not the cost of one Seedance 2.5 clip — the clip cost depends on the credit deduction and the price per credit, which the sections below handle separately.

So the useful question is not "what does Seedance 2.5 cost", but "what does it cost on this platform, under this billing method, at this clip length". The tables below are split the same way — web subscription, one-time packs, API — because merging them produces numbers that appear on no invoice.

Platform / planListed priceCreditsPeriod notes
Creaa Basic / Pro / MAX, monthly $10 / $29 / $79 per month 1,000+ / 6,000+ / 15,000+ per month Monthly cards as displayed
Creaa Basic / Pro / MAX, yearly $99 / $240 / $668 per year Monthly allocation as above The page also shows $8.25 / $20 / $55.7 "per month". That is an annual-equivalent figure, not a monthly charge
Creaa Ultra, monthly, 15-day option 8s: $299/mo; 30s: $599/mo 3,000+ per month 720p; benefit window shown as 15 days
Creaa Ultra, monthly, 30-day option 15s: $499/mo; 30s: $999/mo 8,000+ per month 720p; the same state shows both "30 days" and "365 days" — see section 6
Creaa Ultra, yearly FAQ lists $2,990/yr (max 15s) and $4,990/yr (max 20s) — Cards show roughly $249 / $416 per month; some spec text still says "30-day annual"
UGC Creator / Pro / Business, monthly $29 / $79 / $149 per month 500 / 1,800 / 4,000 per month Current promo: 40% off the first three months, through 30 Sep. That works out to $17.40 / $47.40 / $89.40 — a computed figure, not a verified charge
UGC three tiers, yearly $290 / $790 / $1,490 per year, prepaid Same monthly allocation Credits are issued monthly, not as one annual block. The yearly plans do not carry the three-month monthly promo. The page shows about $24 / $66 / $124 per month as an equivalent
Unify Starter / Pro / Scale / Ultra, monthly $9.99 / $24.99 / $49.99 / $149.99 per month 170 / 365 / 750 / 2,400 per month Base tiers confirmed in the browser
Unify, yearly Shown as $9.49 / $22.49 / $42.49 / $119.99 per month, billed yearly Monthly allocation unchanged The actual yearly total was not confirmed; do not multiply the shown figure by twelve and treat it as the bill

2. The three billing methods

  1. Subscription credits. You pay a recurring amount and receive credits each period. Creaa refreshes monthly with no carry-over. UGC confirms a monthly quota, but carry-over on an active subscription was not confirmed. Unify issues subscription credits that stay valid for one month from issuance, including on yearly plans.
  2. One-time packs. Bought once, with no subscription. UGC states these credits do not expire. Expiry for the Creaa and Unify one-time packs was not confirmed.
  3. Eligible "unlimited". Offered on Creaa's qualifying Ultra plans and Unify's qualifying Pro / Scale / Ultra plans. It is not sold as a 2.5 benefit on UGC, and Unify's Starter tier is excluded.

3. What the unlimited window actually covers (Unify base tiers)

The benefit can be claimed at most once every three calendar months, and cancelling ends it immediately. Higher Ultra credit tiers may allow more, so the "up to 1080p / 20s" figure should not be attached to the base price.

4. API pricing is a separate system

Platform2.5 API quoteNotes
Creaa 23 API credits per second; model listed as seedance-2.5 API credits are topped up with an API key and are separate from web subscription benefits. Web unlimited does not apply to the API
UGC 75 credits per 4s (720p, 2.5 Ultra); the OpenAPI also lists 8s at 150 credits Uses the same credit balance as the web; failed tasks are refunded. Per-key video concurrency: 3 (pay-as-you-go / Creator), 8 (Pro), 25 (Business)
Unify Not found No public 2.5 API quote or purchase document was located

Credits are internal units. Creaa's 23 API credits per second cannot be multiplied by a web credit price, and credits from different platforms cannot be converted into each other.

5. Working out your own cost

The honest formula is short:

cost per usable clip = attempts × (credits per generation) × (price per credit)

Attempts is a multiplier, not an amount you add. It is 1 when the first generation is usable, and higher when you have to regenerate. Writing it as "cost plus retries" would be wrong, because a number of attempts is not a cost.

Two of those three inputs are usually missing. Creaa's web table lists 184 credits per 4 seconds for 2.5, but the full input and audio conditions behind that example were not stated. UGC's web table covers 2.0, not 2.5, so its 2.5 web deduction is not confirmed. Unify asks you to read the credit quote shown before you submit, and does not publish a fixed 2.5 deduction.

That means a per-clip cost table across all three platforms would currently be guesswork. A generation is also not the same as a usable clip: setting attempts to 1 gives the cost of one generation, not the cost of a clip you can use. Retries do happen, but this review found no reliable data on attempt counts or retry rates, so attempts is left unestimated rather than guessed.

6. Confirm before you buy

Four specific source conflicts appeared in the pages reviewed. Keep them open instead of picking a side:

Other items remain unconfirmed: US availability for 2.5 on all three platforms, final pre-tax totals, Creaa's credit-pack and API exchange rates, UGC's web 2.5 deduction, and Unify's yearly total and public API price.

7. FAQ

Is the yearly "per month" figure what I pay each month?

No. On Creaa and Unify those are annual-equivalent figures. Unify's yearly total was not confirmed, so the shown monthly figure should not be multiplied by twelve and treated as the bill. Unify pricing · Creaa pricing

Does unlimited remove the cost?

Only inside the benefit window and conditions of a qualifying plan. Outside it, or on a non-qualifying plan, generation returns to credits. On UGC, no purchasable 2.5 unlimited benefit was found. Unify unlimited page · Creaa pricing

Can I compare a Creaa API credit with a UGC credit?

No. They are different internal units with different top-up systems, and UGC is the only one with an explicit statement that web and API share a balance. Creaa API docs · UGC API reference

What does "seedance 2.5 cost" really come down to?

Billing period, benefit window, and clip length, not the headline price alone.
